This is Flip's commission page! To make an order, you just have to follow this simple steps:✦ Take a look at my prices and samples, and see which option suits you better;
✦ Go to my TOS and read it very carefully. Ordering a commission means that you agree with all of the terms.
✦ Now that you are fully informed of the prices and TOS, You can fill the order form! Once submitted, I'll PM you on the effective contacts linked on the form to confirm your slot. But be careful, only make the payment after my approval.

✦ Policy

✦ GENERAL: All commission entries must be made in the order form only. If you try to request me in other places I will not consider your order as I'll assume you did not read my TOS.
• I have the right to decline any commission request or cancel it at any time with full or partial refund depending on the art's progress.
• I'll assume you are unavailable if you do not reply/pay me within a week of contacting me, resulting in your commission being cancelled.
• I have chronical illness therefore i cannot work with deadlines, expect you drawing to be made from 1-2 months depending on its complexity, and my health situation.✦ PAYMENT: Payment via Paypal invoice in USD and 100% upfront, I will only start the drawing when payment is sent.
• Never send the payment before my approval. Always wait for me to send you an invoice.✦ REVISIONS: Revisions are available depending on the current drawing stage, Bigger changes (e.g: pose, perspective, outfits, extra characters, commission type, etc.) are only allowed in the sketch phase.
• After that only smaller changes can be done in limited times (e.g: small details, colors, facial expressions, etc.), bigger changes after the sketch phase will incur an additional fee.✦ REFUNDS: Refunds will not be available after the sketch phase is done.
• Full or partial refund (depending on the drawing's progress) will be given if I am unable to finish your commission, I don't work with deadlines, tho you can ask for a partial refund if i take more then 2 months to finish a single piece.

✦ Terms of Use

✦ The commissioner has the rights to repost, use the commissioned work as profile pictures or banners and print it for PERSONAL use as long as proper credit is given.✦ I retain the rights over any personal-use commissioned works. and I can post it publicly in my socials, portfolios and use it as commission examples as I wish. However, a request for the commissioned art to remain entirely private/unpublished can be discussed and will incur additional fees.✦ You may not make any edits to the commissioned artwork. Like cropping/removing the signature and/or claiming as your own.✦ Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.✦The use of any part of the commission for non fungible tokens (NFTs), artificial intelligence datasets (AI), advertising or profits associated with NFTs, AIs or cryptocurrency is prohibited.✦ Commissions are for non-commercial use only. Commercial use includes:
• Merchandise,
• Art/graphics made for shops or any business-related work/original domain websites,
• Promotional material, CD covers, game assets, book covers, social media artwork, icons etc,
• YouTube/Twitch/etc. assets (banner, avatar, art in videos) and having my work on any ad-supported sites/platforms.
